Job Title: Deputy Harvesting Manager – Scrabbling Cane
Location: SSC P-Numan, Adamawa
Department: Supply Chain & Operations
Job Summary
- To assist the Harvest Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring sugar cane harvesting operations to achieve production targets while maintaining safety, quality, environmental, and cost standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Adherence to harvest SOP, right from dry-off, quality of harvest and timely delivery of cane to the factory.
- Close coordination with other stake holders in factory, HTMS and scrab manager.
- Adherence to the company regulations with respect to manpower management, payment and safety measures.
Requirements
Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Farm Management, or a related field.
- Any relevant profession certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years transportation, logistics, or equivalent work experience.
