Title: LGA Supervisor – Track-zero Project
Location:Sokoto, Nigeria
JOB TYPE:Contract/Ad hoc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall supervision and performance management of ad hoc staff at the ward and community levels
- Support coordination of state and LGA level activities
- Map, engage and monitor community-based structures
- Support facilitation of stakeholder engagement and data review meetings
- Conduct capacity building workshops for ad hoc staff
- Document learnings, troubleshoot minor challenges and report major issues for immediate action
- Prepare and share periodic reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- National diploma or bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, statistics or related field
- Previous experience coordinating enumeration and vaccination exercises
- Strong coordination, leadership and reporting skills
- Strong ability to communicate in English and Hausa
- Resident in Sokoto state
