Description

  • We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry Level Market Expansion Interns (Direct Sales).
  • The successful candidates will support business growth initiatives by identifying prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments within assigned territories.
  • Generate qualified leads through direct marketing and field sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
  • Previous sales experience is not required but will be an advantage.
