Iconic Open University is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors/Supervisors across some of it’s exam centres in the following cities/town;
Location: Abuja (Kubwa),Lagos (Lagos Island),Sokoto,Kano,Gusau,Kebbi (Birnin-Kebbi),Kebbi (Zuru),Katsina (Katsina),Katsina (Funtua)
Kaduna (Kaduna),Kaduna (Kubau LGA)
Borno (Maiduguri),Borno (Biu)
Taraba,Benue (Makurdi),Benue (Gboko)
Niger (New-Bussa),Niger (Suleja),Niger (Bidda),Nasarawa (Lafiya),Nasarawa (Keffi),Ekiti,Jos,Adamawa,Damaturu
Gombe,Taraba,Jigawa (Dutse),Jigawa (Kazaure),Edo(Benin-City),Ibadan,Kogi-Lokoja,Ilorin,Delta (Asaba),Ebony,Enugu
Anambra,Rivers. States.
The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Training: 13th July 2026 – 26th July 2026
Exam Period: 27th July 2026 to 9th August 2026
Requirements:
– A minimum of Master’s Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
– Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
– Must be resident in afore listed cities/towns.
– Strong computer and web operating skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– High level of integrity and attention to duty.
Responsibilities:
– Monitoring CBT exams
Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
– Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.
– Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
– Submit reports on exam conduct
