Job Purpose
Here is your rare opportunity as we are willing to hire you as a Trainee Technical Operator. The job offers 12 months intensive training where you will learn on-the-job and in classroom, work with experienced professionals to hone your competence level and earn competitive salary.
Trainees for Abuja Plant will have their first 4 months training in our factory in Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary.
- Support with operating the machine in accordance with the standard operating procedure and speed targets.
- Ensure that machine material wastages are kept at the minimum acceptable level.
- Report all malfunctions and constraints to your line Technical Shift Supervisor.
- Ensure usage of all company provided protective wears, gears, gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules.
- Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability
- Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good House Keeping Practices.
- Maintain zero cross contamination of product due to unhygienic state of production equipment.
- Conduct cleanliness of other auxiliary machines before and after use (Mixer, UV cleaning and monitoring)
- Carry out change-over activity as per production schedule.
- Ensure compliance to good manufacturing practices, food safety practice, good environmental, occupational Health and Safety practices on all line activities, and maintain zero lost time on work related injuries.
Qualification
• OND or its equivalent in Engineering or other related discipline.

- Agile in learning, excellence-driven and strong passion for manufacturing operations.
