Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Location: Niger state 

 

Our client is an African inspired Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGDO) set to complement Government’s efforts in improving the quality of human life with their main focus on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD).

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across program portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks for multi location or multi stakeholder programs.
  • Design and oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, surveys, and monitoring instruments.
  • Provide evidence based recommendations to improve program delivery and outcomes.
  • Provide technical M&E support to implementing partners and field teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within development programs and related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks for multi location or multi stakeholder programs.

Salary: N460,000 Monthly Net
