About the Program
This Graduate Trainee Program is structured to identify, train, and retain high-potential engineering talents who will form part of CGC Nigeria Limited’s future workforce.
Trainees will undergo direct, structured training under designated training units.
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned new positions within the organization.
The program runs for one (1) year.
At the end of the training period, engagement may be renewed or terminated based on the trainee’s overall performance during the program.
Eligible Disciplines
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng/B.Sc / equivalent) in any of the following:
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Road and Bridge Engineering
- Geology Engineering
- Survey & Mapping Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Must have completed NYSC (discharge or exemption certificate required)
- Strong academic background and interest in the construction industry
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
