Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees through effective communication and feedback.
- Coordinate employee information sessions on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist line managers in using HR tools, processes, and programs effectively.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize team-building activities.
- Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment programs.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving HR performance and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about HR trends and business issues to provide proactive support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
