actionable, and cool for young people. Since 2016, we have led multiple advocacy and
community-based projects aimed at fostering youth climate resilience. As we enter our next
chapter, we are implementing the North Star project, a restructuring and growth process
designed to strengthen our people, systems, and long-term impact while staying true to our

initiative, working to improve understanding of the psychological impacts of climate change
across Africa while creating accessible, community-led solutions. Through research, capacity building, community engagement, and advocacy, TEAP is helping shape a future where young Africans are supported to build resilience in the face of the climate crisis.
Job Title: Programme Delivery Intern (The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project)
Job Details
Reports to: Head of The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Internship (6 months, renewable based on performance and organisational needs)
Stipend: Modest monthly stipend (₦150,000/month)
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Tools: Laptop required (organisation may provide)
Role Summary
The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP), a programme of SustyVibes, is looking for a
Programme Delivery Intern to support one of Africa’s leading youth-led climate and mental
health initiatives.
If you are passionate about climate change, mental health, and research, this role puts you at the centre of programme delivery, community engagement, and impact.
Working closely with the Head of TEAP and the wider programme team, the intern will support
the coordination and delivery of projects, contribute to research activities, assist with monitoring and evaluation, and help ensure participants have a positive experience across TEAP
programmes. This role offers hands-on experience in programme implementation while contributing to innovative work at the intersection of climate change and mental health.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious, proactive, and excited to build practical experience within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.
What You’ll Do
Programme Delivery & Coordination
● Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of TEAP programmes, workshops, and
events.
● Assist with participant registration, communication, and follow-up throughout programme
cycles.
● Track programme activities, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
● Support internal coordination meetings by preparing notes, action points, and
documentation.
Research & Learning.
● Support research activities, including data collection and data management.
● Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities to help assess programme
impact.
● Assist with documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future programme
improvement.
Community Engagement & Communications
● Support participant engagement before, during, and after programme activities.
● Help maintain communication with programme participants, facilitators, and partners.
● Assist in developing programme resources, toolkits, and educational materials.
● Support documentation of programme activities through case studies, stories of change,and impact summaries.
Programme Administration
● Maintain organised programme records and documentation.
● Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal programme activities.
● Support reporting requirements for funders and organisational learning.
● Help ensure programme documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
● Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing one) in a relevant field such as Environmental
Science, Psychology, Public Health, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
● Strong interest in climate change, mental health, sustainability, or youth development.
● Experience or demonstrated interest in research, including data collection, analysis, or
report writing.
● Strong organisational and time-management skills.
● Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
● Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, youth-led team.
● Strong alignment with SustyVibes and TEAP’s mission and values.
