The Mastercard Foundation, in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU), is offering a fully funded opportunity for young Africans to earn professional graduate certificates online—alongside in-person support in Rwanda through Kepler College.
This scholarship is designed for committed young leaders ready to use their education to drive positive change in their communities. Scholars will study flexibly online with personalized mentorship, coaching, and access to ASU’s world-class resources.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be African citizens aged 18 to 33
- Meet ASU admission requirements
- Hold an undergraduate degree by July 2026
- Show strong leadership, service, and academic excellence
- Have no prior graduate degree (started or completed)
- Be willing to reside in Rwanda during the program
- Commit to using their skills for ethical leadership and community impact.
