The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) has opened applications for the role of Local Government Area Vaccine Accountability Officers (LGA VAOs) to support its upcoming Polio Vaccination Campaign.
According to the agency, “The successful candidates will be saddled with the responsibility of end-to-end coordination of the vaccine accountability process, co-supervising the accountability officers at the ward level together with the LGA and state team.”
This recruitment targets credible individuals who will work closely with health officials to ensure vaccine tracking and accountability at the grassroots.
The NPHCDA stressed the importance of this position in strengthening immunization programs across Nigeria’s local government areas.
