Tittle: Warehouse Senior Officer-in-Charge
Location : Borno State
Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock counts
- Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs and donor regulations
- Supervise warehouse officers, storekeepers, and assistants
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3–5 years\’ experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management tools
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
- Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts
