Location
The IVTSD campuses are strategically distributed across the three Senatorial Zones of Kaduna State:
- Zone One Campus: Soba, Soba LGA (known as Abubakar Dangiwa Umar Campus)
- Zone Two Campus: Rigachikun, Igabi LGA (known as Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa Campus)
- Zone Three Campus: Samaru-Kataf, Zangon Kataf LGA (known as Sir Patrick lbrahim Yakowa Campus)
