About the Role
We’re seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Junior Finance Officer to support our growing operations. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day bookkeeping, expense tracking, and ensuring financial discipline across departments. This is a great opportunity for a finance graduate or early-stage professional passionate about agriculture and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions•Assist with account reconciliations and bank statement reviews•Track invoices, receipts, and vendor payments•Support budget preparation and financial reporting•Monitor field-related expenditures and flag anomalies•Assist with petty cash management and documentation•Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls•Liaise with procurement and field teams to align spending
Requirements
•B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field•0–2 years’ work experience in a finance/admin/accounting role•Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus•Strong attention to detail and integrity with numbers•Ability to work independently and within a small, mission-driven team•Willingness to learn and grow with the company
