Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer/Visual Illustrator to join our team.
This role involves crafting engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create Engaging Designs: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and product interfaces.
Illustration: Develop custom illustrations and visual assets that reflect our brand identity.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual style and tone.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Improve Design Quality: Continuously seek ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
Adapt to Feedback: Take constructive feedback and make necessary design adjustments promptly.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design and illustration skills.
Basic understanding of design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, etc.).
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
A keen eye for detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills:

Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
Experience in designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, mobile apps).
Familiarity with the edtech industry is an advantage.

Salary
N1,200,000 – N1,800,000 annually.
