About the Programme:
The NYLP is a composite 2-year long programme covering classroom sessions and on-the-job training that offers an unparalleled opportunity to fresh graduates seeking to gain firsthand experience and competence in:
-Asset and Portfolio Management, Management
-Infrastructure Project Management
-Investment Operations
-Compliance
-Audit and Risk Management.
Who Should Apply
Applicants must be Nigerians who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with at least a Second-Class Upper Division.
• Be 26 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025.
• Have successfully completed the NYSC programme.
• Possess no more than two years post-NYSC work experience.
Required Skills
• Excellent research, numeracy and analytical skills.
Exceptional critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites and similar applications.
Through intensive on-the-job training, successful applicants will be equipped with a unique combination of knowledge, skills and competencies required to make the seamless transition into the larger corporate environment.
