Job Description
We are looking for dedicated customer care representatives to join our team in an Abuja based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring an excellent service delivery to all our clients.
Requirements

- Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/B. A/ B.Sc. in Communications or the Arts. ·
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service functions ·
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suit and packages ·
- Ability to handle social media and other channels of communication.
Key Responsibilities ·
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. ·
- Provide accurate information about products and services. ·
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. ·
- Maintain and update customer records in company database.
