Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects, manage team training and development, and ensure operational excellence at Murals.ng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, coordinating training programs, documenting processes, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve our business goals.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative concepts to life, within the stipulated deadline. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively with production teams, technicians, installers, and vendors. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison between our operations, sales, and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and the successful delivery of projects that transform spaces and captivate clients.

This is a hybrid role based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, offering you the opportunity to directly oversee and manage project execution while collaborating with our vibrant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with team members and clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
    • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Monitor progress and address challenges, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Team Training & Development
    • Develop and coordinate tailored training plans for team members based on their roles and responsibilities.
    • Identify relevant training opportunities, courses, and workshops to enhance team skills.
    • Work with internal or external trainers, including the company director, to create training content and schedule sessions.
    • Facilitate meetings between trainers and trainees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill-building.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Process Documentation
    • Document company workflows, processes, and best practices to create a centralized knowledge base.
    • Regularly update process documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
    • Ensure that documentation is easily accessible and understood by team members.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team efficiency.
    • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve team and project outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain regular reports on project progress and team performance.

  • Proactive approach towards identifying and rectifying potential bottlenecks in processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning.
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, training coordination, or process documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and analysis.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the art or creative industry is a plus but not required.
