Premium Human Resources Solution – Our client, a top firm in Lagos State, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Front Desk Executive

2.) Customer Care Representative

3.) Call Centre Agent

4.) Receptionist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with coordinating office activities when required.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / B.A. / B.ED Degree with 1 -3 years proven experience

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Remuneration

  • Monthly salary: Negotiable
