Are you an experienced administrative professional with strong coordination and negotiation skills? Join our team and support our growing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide day-to-day office administrative support
• Handle immigration documentation and processes
• Support property and facility management activities
• Liaise with vendors and negotiate service agreements
• Assist expatriate staff with onboarding and logistics
• Maintain accurate records and administrative reports
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven hands-on experience in office administration
• Practical experience with immigration processes
• Property/facility management experience
• Experience working with expatriates is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
