Job Title: Service Engineer
Locations: Abuja, Kano, Lagos and Rivers
About the Role
- We are recruiting Service Engineers for Lagos, Kano, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
- Installation and Commissioning: Assemble, install and commission SANY products according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Conduct testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools. Carry out timely repairs and replace faulty components.
- Technical Support: Support customers with technical enquiries and provide guidance on product use, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Field Service: Respond to service calls, conduct onsite equipment inspections and coordinate service visits with customers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, repair reports and inspection findings. Report equipment performance, service history and improvement opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in field service and equipment maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
