About the role

• We are looking for a Brand Manager who can help make SANY one of the most recognized, respected, and talked-about industrial brands in Nigeria.
• This is not a social media role.
• This is not a design role.
• This is not an events coordination role.
• This is a leadership role for someone who can translate strategy into action and build a brand that customers trust, employees believe in, and the market remembers.
• You will serve as the bridge between corporate direction, business objectives, and market execution, ensuring that every campaign, event, partnership, communication, and brand experience strengthens how SANY is perceived in Nigeria.
• Drive initiatives that put SANY in front of the right audiences and increase visibility across the Nigerian market.
• You’ll help ensure that whether someone is a contractor, fleet owner, mining operator, engineer, project manager, government stakeholder, or graduate looking for a  career, they know who SANY is and what we stand for.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or related functions.
• Leadership experience managing teams, agencies, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, automotive, technology, infrastructure, or other complex B2B environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success building brand awareness, reputation, and market visibility.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content development, public relations, event marketing, and corporate communications.
