Duration: 4 Weeks
Training: 15th November 2025 – 30th November 2025
Execution: 1st to 14th December 2025

Iconic Open University is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors/Supervisors across some of it’s exam centres in the following cities/town;

  • Abuja (Kubwa)
  • Abuja (Gwagwalada)
  • Keffi-Maraba
  • ⁠Lagos
  • Sokoto
  • Kano
  • Gusau
  • Kebbi
  • Katsina
  • Kaduna
  • Borno
  • Gombe
  • Niger (New-Bussa)
  • Ekiti
  • Adamawa
  • Damaturu
  • Gombe
  • Benue
  • Jigawa (Dutse)
  • Edo
  • Ibadan
  • Kogi-Lokoja

The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of Master’s Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
  • Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
  • Must be resident in afore listed cities/towns.
  • Strong computer and web operating skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to duty.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring CBT exams
  • Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
  • Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.
  • Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
  • Submit reports on exam conduct
