Applications are open for the 2026 Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0, an early-career development programme designed to prepare graduate engineers for future operational leadership roles in the manufacturing sector.
The programme focuses on building technical and operational capabilities for careers in manufacturing, production and plant environments.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold a B.Eng., B.Tech. or HND in Engineering
- Have studied Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience in a core manufacturing, production or plant environment
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC programme
- Be 27 years old or younger.
