Our LOCATE project; a CDC/PEPFAR HIV prevention, care and treatment program is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: CLINICAL CARE SPECIALIST [Imo State] Overall Job Function: This position provides technical support for multidisciplinary HIV/AIDS care and treatment, working with organization clinicians and health facility- based site teams to implement care and antiretroviral treatment services.

Job description
What you will do in this role
- Support pharmaceutical service delivery activities at facility level.
- Provide routine supportive supervision to facility pharmacy staff.
- Support implementation of pharmacy SOPs and commodity management practices.
- Assist in tracking pharmacy stock levels and commodity needs.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Support capacity-building activities for pharmacy personnel.
Qualifications and Experiences
Qualifications and experience we look for
- A first degree in Pharmacy.
- At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical services, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical management practices.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
