Apply for Aliko Dangote Foundation Share Grant Initiative


The Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF) Share Grant Initiative aims to promote financial inclusion and encourage savings and investment among eligible students in public and private tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
Through the initiative, eligible undergraduate students who are at least 18 years old can apply for shares in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE.
What Is the Benefit?
Eligible students who complete the verification process and apply for a minimum of 10 shares using the designated student subscription channel may qualify for an additional 10 shares funded by ADF at no cost to them.
- Students must personally apply and pay for at least 10 shares.
- ADF may fund an application for an additional 10 shares on behalf of an eligible student.
- The additional shares are limited to 10 per eligible student, regardless of how many shares the student purchases personally.
- The additional 10 shares are not guaranteed. Any allotment depends on the IPO terms and the applicable allotment process.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be currently enrolled in a recognised public or private tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Attend a qualifying university, polytechnic, college of education or other recognised tertiary institution.
- Not be a postgraduate student.
- Complete the required student verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
- Apply for and pay for a minimum of 10 shares through the designated subscription channel.
How to Apply
- Visit the official ADF Share Grant Initiative portal.
- Select the student application option and provide the requested personal and student information.
- Complete the student verification process.
- Proceed to the designated IPO subscription platform.
- Complete the required KYC information.
- Apply for and pay for a minimum of 10 shares.
