Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and support business growth within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned location.
- Conduct field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Good customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage in field marketing activities.
- Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
Benefits
- Salary: N215,000 per month.
