Job Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying strategic opportunities, developing partnerships, supporting revenue generation initiatives, and strengthening the organization’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Utilize Al-driven tools and analytics platforms to gain insights into user behavior and market dynamics.
  • Craft compelling narratives and PR campaigns to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Monitor business development activities against established targets and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of PR, marketing, and communications strategies.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of Al and its applications in linguistic services.
  • Experience working within a technology startup or innovation-driven environment is an advantage.
