Job Description
- We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale our core products.
- You’ll take ownership of complex technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing clean, maintainable code and wants to have real influence over how software gets built.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions
- Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment
- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in and help shape architectural and technical design decisions
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt
- Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and support production incident response as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#)
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications at scale
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to microservices or distributed systems architecture
- Prior experience mentoring or leading small project teams
- Contributions to open-source projects
