We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1. Batching Plant Operator
Requirements:
- Basic education sufficient to read operating instructions, numbers and records.
- Technical/trade certificate preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years operating concrete batching plants.
- Able to independently operate manual, semi-automatic or automatic batching plants; carry out routine checks; follow the approved mix design and batching sequence; monitor correct weighing and batching of materials.
- identify basic operational faults and coordinate with maintenance personnel.
- Basic knowledge of concrete mix design and its constituent materials is preferred, but detailed mix design development is not required.
2. Batching Plant Supervisor
Requirements:
- Technical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years, including experience coordinating batching plant operations and operators.
- Able to organize operators and shifts. Plan production as per requirement.
- Monitor plant availability.
- Coordinate with QC/engineers and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and ensure smooth plant operation.
3. Batching Plant Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma/OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or recognized electrical trade qualification. Experienced technicians without formal diploma may also be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years in industrial or batching plant electrical maintenance.
- Able to troubleshoot motors, panels, sensors, cables, contactors and basic control circuits and rectify routine electrical faults.
4. Batching Plant Mechanic
Requirements :
- Recognized mechanical trade qualification preferred.
- Formal academic qualification not mandatory for suitably experienced candidates.
- Minimum 3–5 years in batching plant or similar industrial/heavy equipment maintenance.
- Able to carry out routine maintenance and repairs of mixers, gearboxes, conveyors, screw conveyors, pumps, compressors and associated mechanical equipment.
5. Batching Plant Electrician
Requirements:
- Basic education plus recognized electrical trade training/qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in industrial electrical work; batching plant experience preferred.
- Able to carry out electrical maintenance and repair of motors, control panels, switches, cables, sensors and related equipment under the supervision of the Electrical Engineer/Technician.
6. Vulcanizer
Requirements
- No specific academic qualification.
- Relevant trade training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in conveyor belt repair and vulcanizing.
- Able to independently carry out conveyor belt jointing/splicing, hot/cold vulcanizing, patch repairs and emergency belt repairs.
- Experience in quarry, batching plant or similar facilities preferred.
7. Crawler Crane Operator – 75T / 100T / 150T
Requirements:
- Basic education sufficient to understand operating instructions, safety signs and load charts.
- Minimum 5 years total crane operating experience, with practical experience on crawler cranes of similar capacity.
- Able to safely operate the relevant crawler crane.
- Carry out daily checks, understand basic load charts, follow banksman/signaller instructions and safely perform lifting operations. Valid operator competency/licence/certificate where legally required.
8. Crane Mechanic
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade qualification preferred.
- formal diploma not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance of crawler cranes, mobile cranes or similar heavy equipment.
- Able to independently diagnose and repair routine mechanical faults in engines, winches, hydraulic and undercarriage systems and carry out preventive maintenance.
9. Crane Auto Electrician
Requirements:
- Auto-electrical/electrical trade qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in heavy equipment or crane electrical maintenance.
- Able to diagnose and rectify routine faults in starting/charging systems, wiring, lights, sensors, switches and basic electronic/control systems.
10. Crane Supervisor
Requirements:
-
- Technical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years total crane/heavy lifting experience, including at least 2 years coordinating or supervising crane operations.
- Able to plan day-to-day crane deployment, allocate operators, coordinate with site engineers and lifting teams, check basic lifting requirements, ensure routine inspections and maintain safe, efficient crane operations.
