Description
- We are seeking a detail-orientedInternal Audito / Quality Assurance Officerto strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Evaluate internal controls, processes and operational risks.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on recommendations.
- Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
- Investigate discrepancies and potential control weaknesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit, compliance or quality assurance.
- Professional certification such asICAN, ACCA, CIA or related qualificationis an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
