We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Clinic Administrator
Locations: Numan, Yola, Mubi, Adamawa
Clinic Administrator
Role Summary
- Coordinate clinic administration, patient registration, medical records, appointments, reporting, supplies, confidentiality, documentation, and administrative support for the clinical team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Health Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in clinic, hospital, medical records, health administration, or similar operations.
- Strong records management, confidentiality, communication, and administrative skills.
- Relevant health information/medical records certification is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
- All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.

- Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
- Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
