Job Title:Ward Supervisor – Immunization & Primary Healthcare Interventions
Location:Sokoto, Zamfara, Borno, Kebbi & Katsina
Our client is supporting the implementation of immunization and Primary Health Care interventions aimed at improving campaign quality and health outcomes. To support this effort, we are seeking Ward Supervisors who will provide field-level coordination, supervision, and technical support for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of vaccination campaigns and special interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning, coordination, and implementation of immunization campaigns and PHC interventions.
Supervise field teams and monitor campaign activities to ensure quality delivery.
Support training, mentorship, and performance tracking of vaccination teams
Manage data collection, validation, reporting, and documentation of activities.
Engage stakeholders and support resolution of field-level implementation challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Experience supporting immunization campaigns, PHC interventions, or community health programs.
- Strong experience in field supervision, team coordination, and monitoring activities.
- Ability to manage data, prepare reports, and use data tools effectively.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
