Job Summary
- As the Field Retention Agent, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned retail petroleum stations, conducting field verification activities, and ensuring customer retention and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned stations and maintain strong relationships with station owners and managers
- Verify station records, stock levels, readings, and operational activities to ensure accuracy
- Capture and submit accurate field reports and evidence using the company’s mobile application
- Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of operational issues affecting station performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations, field verification, relationship management, FMCG distribution, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for field reporting
- Must possess a reliable means of transportation and good knowledge of the assigned territory
- Experience in the downstream petroleum sector is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
