Job Description

  • Responsible for the review and processing of customer benefits applications, provide support to customer benefits related transactions within SLA.
  • To proactively resolve customer related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • First Degree Field of Study – General social science
  • Professional qualification and or second degree will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-4 Years’ Wealth Management experience in supervisory and administrative capacity.
