Role Overview
- We are recruiting Area Business Managers to drive sales growth, portfolio performance, and market expansion within assigned territories.
- The role is responsible for leading and supervising Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Senior Sales Executives and Territory Managers within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support recovery efforts where necessary.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management within financial services.
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets.
Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 Gross Monthly.
