Job Title: Marketing Operations Lead

Job Summary
- As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will drive the operational execution of marketing initiatives by managing workflows, tools, and processes to ensure efficient campaign delivery, cross-functional alignment, and scalable growth systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations including campaign execution, workflows, and documentation
- Oversee marketing technology tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable, lifecycle platforms) and ensure effective usage
- Coordinate campaign execution across social media, lifecycle messaging, and product launches
- Maintain structured documentation, reporting systems, and marketing processes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or program management roles
- Strong experience with marketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 monthly.
