Job Title: Accountant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- As the Accountant, you will manage financial records, reporting processes, and budget monitoring while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and account reconciliations
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction
- Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes.
