Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Job Summary
- We are looking for result-driven Direct Sales Agents to expand our merchant network and drive customer acquisition. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, driving sales of Paytro’s e-commerce solutions, and meeting set targets. You will work remotely but the preferred resident must be in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants (retailers, SMEs, etc.) onto the Paytro platform.
- Promote Paytro’s e-commerce and payment services to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants to ensure retention.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings if the need arises
- Keep accurate records of sales activities using provided tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets).
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE,OND,HND or BSc in any field is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of proven sales or direct marketing experience (e-commerce, fintech)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic digital literacy (use of WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.).
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented and resilient.
Salary
N50,000 / Month + Commission.
