Ardova plc is recruiting exceptional graduates for the 2026 AP Graduate Trainee Programme. A structured early-career initiative designed to attract exceptional graduates for development into future leaders within Nigeria’s energy sector.
At Ardova, we believe the leaders of tomorrow are being shaped today. Through our Graduate Trainee Programme, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and cross-functional exposure in Africa’s most dynamic energy company.
Eligibility Criteria
> A Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper 2:1 division) from an accredited University. Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical) and Business related courses.
> Minimum of five (5) O’ level credits including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting.
> Completion of NYSC with a valid discharge certificate.
Willingness to relocate across Nigeria.
