Job Summary

  • The Management Trainee (Direct Sales) program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future sales leaders.
  • Trainees will undergo structured training in direct sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development while gaining hands-on field experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in intensive training programs covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales channels
  • Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and convert prospects into active customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve business goals
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
