Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive – Direct Sales (Entry Level) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers through direct sales efforts, and contributing to revenue growth.
- This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales channels (field sales, referrals, and lead generation).
- Promote and sell company products or services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (NYSC or internship experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
