Applications Now Open Women Leading Change: Leadership and Advocacy Training

Women Leading Change: Building You Women Leaders For GBV Prevention Leadership and Advocacy Training is a transformative program designed to equip young women with advocacy knowledge and skills to  advocate against GBV

Participants will gain practical leadership, advocacy, organizing, and storytelling skills to enable them to become effective champions for GBV prevention within their communities.

The training will combine intensive physical and online training on leadership, advocacy, storytelling, community, and engagement

Participants will also be trained to document lived experiences and community realities through advocacy stories and digital content, supporting wider awareness campaigns and challenging harmful gender norms.

Participants are expected to use the knowledge and skills gained from the training to champion gender-based violence prevention in their communities, develop advocacy stories and digital content to create awareness on GBV prevention, and respond

After the training, participants will join CEPASD Anti-GBV Champions Network to continue advocating against GBV

The physical training will take place on 30th January while the online training will take place in February 2026

Who Should Apply

Applications are open to only women aged 18–35 years who demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to GBV prevention
• Interest in leadership and advocacy, or activism
• Passionate about advocating against GBV
• Participants Should be Abuja base only.
