BDSY equips undergraduate students with hands-on experience and foundational skills needed to apply big data analytics to human health.

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Students: All currently enrolled undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
- Graduating Seniors: Eligible to apply; however, priority is given to rising juniors and seniors.
- International Students: Applications are welcome. Limited scholarships are available for international applicants through non-NIH funding.
- Residency: Open to students from all U.S. states and international locations, not limited to Connecticut residents.
Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive comprehensive funding, including:
- Free accommodation throughout the program
- $1,600 stipend
- Up to $750 in travel support
- $750 meal plan allowance
