✔️Key Objectives
Expanding Education Access:-
By establishing the Gorau Teachers Service Scheme in rural and underserved communities, it will significantly expand access to quality education in Gada and Goronyo Local Government Areas.
Location : Gada/Goronyo LGA, Sokoto state
✔️Reducing Out-of-School Children:–
Gorau Teachers Service Scheme will promote education by providing formal training and certification to local Quranic schools.
✔️Programme Implementation:-
The Programme will be implemented through a comprehensive approach, encompassing the following key stages over a two-year period with 200 volunteers.
✔️Registration and Selection:-
A transparent and inclusive registration process to identify and select eligible participants from Gada and Goronyo LGAs (100 beneficiaries per LGA).
✔️Comprehensive Orientation:-
Participants will undergo an orientation program designed to equip them with the expertise required to manage pupils.
✔️Financial Empowerment:-
Each teacher will receive a monthly stipend for transport. The scheme will be launched through a groundbreaking flag-off ceremony.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of NCE and BA.,BA.Ed certificate.
