Job Title: Customer Service/Operation Manager.
📍Location:Abuja
Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦800,000 monthly
Note: Candidates must have a hospitality background from a reputable hotels or Restaurants.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a refined, customer-focused professional with proven experience in premium hospitality or high-end customer-facing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving service issues, and supporting sales efforts, all while upholding a standard of excellence in customer care.
Requirements
• BSc in any relevant discipline
• 6–8 years of experience in customer service and Operations in Restaurant/Hotel Management.
• Must have a background in hospitality, particularly from luxury hotels or upscale service brands
• Excellent communication, poise, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
• Must reside within or near Garki, Abuja
