Enumerators – Northern States at The Northern Agribusiness Development Initiative (NADI)

The Northern Agribusiness Development Initiative (NADI) was established in 2023 with a mission to transform the agricultural landscape of Northern Nigeria. Through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches, NADI aims to modernize farming systems, boost productivity, and empower rural communities by increasing agricultural output.

As we expand our programs and reach, we are currently recruiting skilled and passionate Enumerators to support our data collection efforts. Enumerators will play a crucial role in identifying and documenting individuals interested in farming and agribusiness across local communities.

Locations:Kano,Kaduna,Bauchi,Jigawa,Katsina,Gombe,Borno,Sokoto,Adamawa,Yobe
 And Zamfara

✅ Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking committed, community-driven individuals with a passion for agriculture and rural development. Enumerators will be responsible for:

Identifying individual farmers and farming groups within target areas

Conducting field-based surveys and structured interviews

Accurately collecting and submitting data using digital tools (e.g. ODK, KoboToolbox)

Supporting mobilization, awareness, and sensitization activities in rural communities

Eligibility & Requirements

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum age: 25 years

Digital literacy: Ability to use smartphones, mobile apps, and internet tools

Language skills: Fluent in local languages and able to engage effectively with farmers

Device access: Must own a smartphone or tablet capable of using data collection apps

Mobility: Willing to travel within assigned Local Government Areas (LGAs)

Experience: Prior involvement in data collection or community outreach is an added advantage
