Job Description

A front desk job involves welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling basic administrative tasks. Front desk professionals also handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

 

Requirements

    • First Degree or other relevant academic certificate
    • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
    • Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Archiving of files and folders appropriately
    • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
