Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform program decisions, evaluate impact, and optimize resource allocation. The Data Analyst will provide data-driven insights to support our mission, improve program effectiveness, and advocate for social change as it aligns with the vision and mission of Invictus Africa.
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis focused in NGO
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in database systems design and management (SQL or similar).
- Ability to analyse data through statistical analysis, modelling, and techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series, among others.
- Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel, SQL, R or Phyton, and any qualitative data analysis tool.
- Skilled in data visualization techniques by creating informative charts and interactive dashboards to communicate data such as GIS/Mapping and Spatial Data Analysis.
- Ability to write comprehensive data interpretation reports.
- Advanced data processing skills i.e. the ability to clean and transform raw data into formats suitable for analysis. Experience with large dataset management is an advantage.
