Yiaga Africa’s Hiring ERAD 2.0 Floor Managers

The Election Result Analysis Dashboard (ERAD) is Yiaga Africa’s platform for tracking, aggregating, analysing, and visualising election results in real time, while independently monitoring INEC’s IReV portal performance. ERAD gives citizens, media, civil society, politicians, and other stakeholders a transparent view of election outcomes as they unfold. For the 2027 General Elections, Yiaga Africa is recruiting experienced Floor Managers (Tech Support) to lead and support Data Clerk teams at the ERAD 2.0 Data Center.

Job Type : Ad-hoc Contract  

Floor Managers provide first-line technical support and team coordination for a cluster of Data Clerks on election day, ensuring the ERAD 2.0 system runs smoothly, data quality standards are met, and issues are resolved quickly and escalated appropriately.

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 20 – 30 Data Clerks per shift/floor
• Provide first-line technical troubleshooting for the ERAD platform (login issues, data entry errors, connectivity problems, device issues)
• Monitor real-time data entry progress against targets and flag bottlenecks
• Conduct quality checks and spot-verification of entered data for accuracy
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the in-house engineering/product team
• Support onboarding and on-the-day guidance for Data Clerks
• Compile end-of-shift summaries and incident reports

• Prior experience in tech support, IT, data management, election operations, or similar, is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets/databases and general troubleshooting
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability for the full election-day period, including day/night shifts
• Availability for mandatory training
• HND/BSc. holder
• Prior ERAD/election deployment experience is a plus.
